Privacy Policy

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

Orders

Brown Box Flowers reserves the right to accept or reject any order, modification of an order or an order cancellation.

If you have entered into a BBF subscription to receive flowers on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, you agree that your subscription continue until such time that it is cancelled by you. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you should do so by 23.59 the day before your next delivery is due.

Deliveries

We deliver between 10am and 7pm. We don’t deliver on Bank Holidays.

We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the flowers ordered, on the date specified. However BBF will not be held liable for any failure to deliver, or for a delay in delivery for any reason.

Flower Availability

We create the Design of the Day each day and we buy the flowers accordingly from market. In busy times we may occasionally substitute a variety of flower for another that is of equal value to service an order.

Notice Period

If you are unhappy with the condition of the flowers on delivery, you must inform us within 24 hours. It is your responsibility to ensure the recipient will be able to accept their order, or provide a ‘safe place’ to leave the order. While we will take all reasonable measure to leave the flowers safe and protected if the recipient isn’t home, we cannot offer a refund on flowers than have been left unattended for long periods of time.

Refunds or Exchanges

Brown Box Flowers reserves the right to cancel and /or refund or exchange any order placed or paid for. All price indications or price lists or subscriptions provided by Brown Box Flowers are subject to alterations at any time.

The use of this Site is at your sole risk. Brown Box Flowers provide an “as is” and “as available” service. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site or any feature or part of it at any time. BBF does not guarantee that prices or promotions displayed on the site are valid at time of ordering.
