What days do you deliver?

We deliver Tuesday to Saturday, except for public / Bank holidays. At this time we can’t offer Sunday deliveries other than for Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day.

When do I order?

For same day delivery we’d like you to place your order by 11am. You can try us at any time, but if we’re sold out for that day, we can happily add you on to the following days deliveries

What if I have to change something or somethings not quite right?

Just send us an email over (including any pictures if appropriate) and we’ll get right on it! But be sure to act quickly so theres time for us to to put things right!

What if no one is home to accept the BBF delivery?

Don’t panic, while we can only delivery once, we will leave in a safe place and pop a card through the door so they’ll know we’ve been and where to find the flowers.

Can I book a time slot?

Sadly not. We plan our routes to keep our milage as low as possible, meaning we can only visit a property once. But don’t worry, we will deliver to all business addresses by 5.30pm and all residential addresses by 7pm.
